What Is a Photo Mosaic Wall?
A photo mosaic wall is a large image - often a logo, brand graphic, or custom photo - built from hundreds of smaller photos taken at your event. As guests have their photos taken at our included photo booth throughout the event, those photos appear within the mosaic in real-time, gradually revealing the master image piece by piece. Available as a physical wall (printed photo stickers placed onto a board by guests and staff) or as a digital display (projected on screens with smooth real-time transitions and 3D effects), the photo mosaic wall is one of the most visually striking activations available for corporate events, brand activations, weddings, galas, and mitzvahs.
How Our Photo Mosaic Wall Works
- Pre-event design. You provide the master image - a logo, brand graphic, event photo, wedding portrait, or any image you want the mosaic to form. We mock it up in advance for your approval so there are no surprises.
- Photo booth runs during the event. Our included photo booth captures guest photos throughout the event. We may also incorporate customer-supplied images (event photos, brand assets) to fill in the mosaic.
- Mosaic builds in real-time. Each photo automatically appears in the mosaic - guests watch their pictures become part of the larger image. The 3-4 hour build process (for our standard 4x4 ft mosaic) becomes its own event entertainment.
- Physical or digital - your choice.
- Physical: Printed photo stickers placed onto a board by guests and staff
- Digital: Real-time display on a 65" monitor (included) or on customer-supplied AV equipment, including multi-screen setups
- Both: Some clients run both formats at the same event for maximum impact
You take it home. At the end of the event, the finished physical mosaic is yours to keep - a permanent visual record of the night with every guest's photo embedded.
